AMPM café is one of the latest and famous addition to breakfast club and it's located right next to " Main Place" which is a shopping mall in USJ. This café can easily can find in waze. The owner and staff like to think of their customers not only just customers but more than it. Everyone from baby to grandparents can prefer and choose their favorite foods and drinks. AMPM café is created by the atmosphere of both daytime and night time, giving a home feels by sets foot on their floors.
HOW THEY COME OUT WITH THIS IDEAS?
The ideas of this café is quiet simple. Initially, the owner and his partners like to eat breakfast branch. So, they are always travel to other places especially Subang and Bansar to get some breakfast because in their college time there is not much café at USJ and prepare breakfast with different varieties. So that, they came out with this ideas for youngers generation and also for family members.
What are the goals of the café?
They are also starting to push some events such as birthday party, anniversary celebration and other more. They build the café with 3 floors. First and second floors are stated for walking customers and third top floor is for corporate events. They want to provide them more than the traditional restaurants.
LATEST TECHNOLOGY
Internally, they use some system to track all their ingredients and food cost per dishes. Therefore, they can know the cost of per dishes. Previously, they are just calculated and estimated the food cost. They are using this system to calculate the every gram and mille litter as well as they ensure that they can get the specific cost for each items and also it will be very helpful for them. For externally, they hard to manage customers in 2 floors because there are few of workers in café. So, they actually use tables calling and they don't put anyone on the first floor and give more privacy to the customers. Wherever customers need them, they just push the button on their table calling and the waiter will come to serve them.

Wonderful environment around the place for family and friends.

They should have proper parking space for customers as it is hard to get parking could make people go to their competitors. Therefore, they should have special parking for their customers

They should have much more varieties of food for all their customers. They should recommend more dishes to customers with better price and discount to attract them.
